MBI \ MBT

Together with peers from 6 Habonim Dror North America camps, MBI is an immersive traveling Israel program. HDNA and URJ have partnered to create a 4 week trip that includes hiking Masada to exploring Jerusalem, with an emphasis on values-based education and deep engagement with dilemmas of modern Israel.

Another option is Journey Europe. This brand-new 3-week program offers teens the opportunity to dive deep into Jewish history and experience modern European Jewish life firsthand.

MADATZ

Madatz is our leadership training program for campers entering 12th grade.

The program focuses on opportunities to develop communication, leadership, and facilitation skills.

Madatz participants facilitate camp-wide activities and activities for campers and will also develop, and coordinate a project that will contribute to Camp Tavor for the next generation of Tavor chanichimot (campers)!

You can find information about refunds and cancelation policies on our FAQ page.

WHAT IS KUPA?

At Camp Tavor campers pool their money into a kupa (common fund). The campers then work collaboratively to decide on special activities (roller-skating, ice-cream trips, etc.) that will be covered by the community's kupa. These funds also help stock a kupa cabinet with toothpaste, soap, shampoo, stamps, batteries, and other camp essentials.

Contributing to kupa is a truly wonderful way for campers to actualize camp values and work with each other to make decisions and take ownership of their camp community. Kupa will be indicated as an additional line item in your camp billing statement.

TRANSPORTATION

Camp Tavor will be offering bus service in Summer 2025 at the start and end of each main session:
